Physical And Mental Suffering
On the afternoon of May 6th, 2026 our PE teacher Mr Zhang let us run 6 times 300 meters. Many students suffered from sore waist and back, and even someone threw up everywhere after we had run!
Then, the group running followed soon after. However, by reason of the fierce exercise before, many students in Class 223 fell behind during the group running, that caused the school leaders' displeasure. They let all classes of Grade 8 stood as punishment on the playground, and they even let all teachers to the platform and scolded them seriously! It continued for nearly 30 minutes, and Class 223 was scolded publicly.
This was a painful lesson. As a result, just as was mentioned at the parent-teacher meeting, physical and mental health is especially important.
