The New Year's bell has rung.
In the year of the snake, we enjoyed the happiest year. We neither felt strange when we first came, nor had too much schoolwork pressure.
And we also met two new teachers —— Ms Yang and Ms Cao, our physics teacher and our biology teacher.
Seize the day is important, and we also should look forward to the future.
In the year of the horse, we will stand side by side, work hard together, and build a better future.

Three Sketches Rule the Stage!

On the eve of New Year's Day, Gutao No.1 Middle School held a Christmas–New Year party.
In Class 223, the three sketches were the most eye-catching.
① Song Shikang, Shao Zhonghao and their partners brought "In the Name of the People", an anti-corruption story. The official kept eating red peppers and then drank water non-stop—hilarious!
② Wang Wenyu, Li Chengyi presented "Don't Fear the Sky or the Earth; Just Fear the Teacher Finding My Father". A student got into trouble for using his mobile phone, so he pretended to be his own father to fool the teacher. Notably, Wang Wenyu wore a wig—a bold act that caused a sensation.
③ Zhu Shihan, Zhao Zirui and Hou Qinren staged "The Businesswoman Sees a Doctor". When Ms Zhu held her cheek and shouted "Virus, write a number and leave my body right away!", the whole audience burst out laughing.
Everyone smiled happily…
